Spa
Jamu Ritual
150 minutes
Begins with a warm turmeric and tamarind tonic pressed that morning, then a slow full-body treatment using oils infused in the resort garden. It ends where it should — lying down, saying nothing.
Wellness & Dining
Six practitioners, one kitchen garden, and a spa that closes when the last guest wants it to rather than at a set hour.
Wellness programming at most resorts is a schedule you are sold and then feel obliged to complete. We do not build itineraries, do not push a package, and will not knock on your door at six.
What we do keep is a rhythm — the same few things happening at the same few times, every day, whether anyone comes or not.
Nothing here is booked. You turn up, or you do not.

Spa
90 minutes
River basalt, gathered from the Ayung and warmed to body temperature, worked along the spine in long unhurried passes. The oldest treatment we offer and still the one guests return for.
Movement
Daily, 06:30
An hour on the open bale as the light comes up over the ridge. Slow vinyasa, breath-led, held longer than most practices. No music. Twelve mats, never more.
Movement
Daily, 17:45
Long floor-held postures timed so the final savasana lands exactly at sunset. Bolsters, low light, and the surf doing most of the work for us.
The oils are pressed here. So is the tonic. So, mostly, is the ginger.
Dining
Dinner, from 18:00
A single wood fire, an open counter, and eighteen seats around it. The menu is written each afternoon depending on what came up the cliff path from Jimbaran that morning.
Dining
All day
Suspended over the water on the north terrace. Breakfast is long here — fruit from the garden, black rice, strong coffee, and no particular reason to leave the table.
The kitchen garden runs along the eastern terraces: long beans, chillies, pandan, turmeric, lemongrass, and more varieties of banana than anyone can reliably name. What we cannot grow comes up the cliff path from Jimbaran market before seven.
It means the menu changes constantly and occasionally disappoints — some mornings the fish is not worth serving. We would rather tell you that than freeze something in advance.
A full buy-out of all five villas with the spa team, the kitchen and the bale given over to a single group for seven nights.
